Everyone everywhere has now heard about Twitter. When I first heard about it, I signed up and then immediately canceled my account because I though “this is so stupid, who would want to know what I am doing minute by minute, and do I really want them to know?” A couple months later I stumbled on someone who was using Twitter to update all of their statuses on networking accounts like Facebook and MySpace. That sold me. Being the Queen of Multi-tasking, I could see how Twitter could help me kill three birds with one stone (pun intended.) It was fun for a while but I still didn’t understand the true power and potential behind it until I randomly clicked on a person’s profile just because I liked their logo (important stuff here!) : ) When I clicked on their website it brought me to THIS. “Great,” I thought, “another person trying to sell me something.” While yes, this person was trying to sell me something, it was, in fact, something I wanted to buy: HOW TO LEVERAGE TWITTER TO MARKET FOR YOU. This was unbelievable! It took me about 2 hours total, from listening to his pitch, researching his blog to see if he was legit (I NEVER buy anything without researching the you know what out of it) and then buying, watching, and applying his hour long tutorial. Buyer beware: he is trying to sell you on selling his product, but if you utilize the tools he shows you for your own business it is exponentially worth the piddly $27 I spent for the program.
