As my two year old JT says, “Nummy! Yay!” when he sees Melinda’s cupcakes of CAKEgoodness. She is the best I have had in a long time and I find myself jonesing for them often! I just ordered 18 cupcakes for the holidays so I can gift them to my family members. The best part about them: there is a little surprise in the middle of each one. Oh, and don’t forget her crazy good icing. Normally I am not a huge icing fan, but I always find myself gobbling up the entire thing, icing included. Man, I want one now! Here are some of her latest creations for the holidays. Super cute!
